Hello,

How about the behavior of the users internal appointment?

Please check if there are any delegates settings or you can enable the mailbox auditing logging to monitor who modified the appointments.

Thanks,

Hello,

I think there is a missunderstanding in Problem discription.

I try again:

1) Internal Meeting requests:

Internal Meeting request (from members of the Exchange Server) are accepted automatically, that is correct and what we want.

2) External Meeting requests:

If any User from Outside our Network and AD request a Meeting, the request should NOT accepted automatically. This works fine for all Users accept one. At this user external Meeting requests are processed automatically what not should happen. We would like to manually accept external metting request, what works fine for all users but the one..

What i tried until now:

I logged on the Mailbox with a different User at a different PC - the behavior is the same

I deleted the Mailbox Profil on the PC of that user and recreated it - the behavior is the same

I deleted and recreated the Mailbox - the behavior is the same

All Settings at all users are equal!

I'm glad for all advices to solve this!

Yours, Erik
