I have single cluster with three nodes two in primary Dc andone in DR. From last few days my database get failover automatically on secondary nodes. and i am getting evnt id 306.

Application and service logs ------>Microsoft--->exchange---->high availability ------->operational

Besides, please check the application log to see if there is any related events.

application log overwritten. My server is on vmware is there any specific settings need to be done for fine tuning on vmware server  related to failover configuration.

There is a Copy button in event properties, please use it, also don't show internal server name and domain name in public forum.

It's information event, what is the issue?

Since you mentioned your Exchange servers are VM, how do you backup your VMs?  Does it happen at the hypervisor level like Veeam? or Do you do it at the application level?

Managed availability database failover initiated by responder SearchLocalMountedCopyStatusDatabaseFailover. Search is broken on the database on that server.
