false positives

2013 On-Premise

Why is our own email sometimes going to our MS Outlook junk email folder? You would think that if our email is @mydomain.com it would be marked as safe and not SPAM.

How do I fix this?

Yes, occasionally @mydomain.com does go into junk email folder both OWA and MS Outlook.

There are no transport rules that would do this.

This is company wide.

I have a GPO safe list and have added @mydomain.com to everyone's MS Outlook.

The false positives are always internal relays like voicemail or notifications. They are all set to use @mydomain.com

But since it is happening in OWA it has to be somewhere in Exchange..??

I have @mydomain.com set to default and Authoritative

I have @mydomain.local set to internal relay

when I had relays set to use @mydomain.local they "always" went into the junk email folder.

People upset with me when their voicemails go to junk email folder
