Hi,

I get an error when trying to attach a .docx of a large file

it might be size problem but i already changed all of the transport rules, send connectors etc..

The link you posted is the answer to your question. Those config files are the key thing that needs to be changed to allow large attachments for OWA. If you don't wanna go edit all those files manually, there is a script for it. http://eightwone.com/2015/06/29/configuring-message-size-limits/
