I have to go through about 8 years worth of corporate emails and find all emails from a company that we did business with. Who can tell me how to search through a current mail systems data and some old archived person folders to find all emails that have been sent and received from CompanyXYZ.com

Hello Mark, Which version of Exchange are you using? If Exchange 2003 then it is not possible and you may need to search for some third-party utility. If Exchange 2007 then you can try with Export-Mailbox command with SenderKeywords and RecipientKeywords.
