Hi Don, You need to give some more information on your question. For instance, what's your email client and email evironment? Did you send pictures as attachment or just in your mail body? What did you mean by pics won't go, nobody can receive it or you get bounce? Hope you could provide detailed information here. Thanks for replying. I received an email which included several cartoons interspersed with the text. I forwarded the email to others - but no one received the images - just the text. I'm using windows live mail (because windows 7 doesn't accept OE) and my ISP is roadrunner. Many thanks for your help. don bb

Is there an Exchange server in the equation here? Are you an administrator of it? If not, you might want to ask your administrator.
