Not without some custom coding on 2003. 2007 you can likely build a transport rule, 2010 the rule is built in by default in the wizard. You will have to either resort to writing your own event sinks for Exchange or possibly code for Outlook to create a hidden rule. You can also look into third party tools such as mapilab. http://www.mapilab.com/exchange/rules/list.htmlJames Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

Hi jason, In Exchnage 2003 only way to copy mail item is via forwrding rule in mailbox property in AD and second you can create outlook rule. As you want only calander item and want to do it silently then best way to do it "Outlook Rule".You can't hide or protect rules. If you are using a rule then the user can find it and delete it. Your task can achive very well in exchange 2007/2010 by transport rule, But not in exchnage 2003 unfortunatly.Anil

Hi Jason, Agree with James and Anil, in Exchange 2003, there is no better way to achieve your goal but a Outlook rule. In Exchange 2007 and 2010, it will be easier.
