Free/Busy is simply a view that shows when a user is available or busy based on their calendar entries. It's useful so that other user's know when they can schedule meetings with someone. Delegation typically implies that the delegate can not only see someone's free/busy, but also the contents of a folder and/or schedule meetings, etc... http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2004/06/02/146939.aspx The free/busy data story
