full mailbox permission issue

Hi ,

We are using exchange 2013. Now I have assign the full mailbox permission to User A for original mailbox User B.

Now when I opened outlook , its appearing in my outlook but When I am sending an email from User B , its getting fail with the following warning..

error:

This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator.  Error is [0x80070005-00000000-00000000].

I search from this link and disable the cache mode but still facing the same issue..

I have assign the send as and full mailbox permission both , and it works fine...

What could be the reason..as if full mailbox permission should work properly..

please help

Thanks

Full access permissions does not give you rights to send messages. Grant Send As or Send on behalf of rights as well, and you should be fine.

Hi techsa,

Thank you for your question.

When you get this error, did you send email in A outlook or B outlook?

If you send email in A outlook and get error, I agree with Vasil, we could refer to the following link:

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj919240%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx

If you send email in B outlook and get error, you could rebuild B profile to check if the issue persist, you could logon OWA by B account then check if there is error.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Hi ,

So , Basically full mailbox permission is for only check the contents of inbox , and other subfolders and delete the mails inside it..but when requirement comes to send the mails outside , User A must have a send as permission for User B.

Is it correct I understand ?

Hi,

Full mailbox permission is for only check the contents of inbox , and other subfolders, but didnt delete emails.

If the user A want to send email as user B, user A must have send as permission from user B. you could refer to the link which I have provided.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.
