The problem is only a user with Domain Administrator permisssions canuse Outllook. Any user we create keeps being prompted for a login when accessing OUTLOOK until we add them to the domain admin group. We are using Windows 2008 R2 and Exchange 1010 SP1 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I checked the permissions inheritence and IIS authentication, gave logon local access and access to the exchange Serve through the newtork to authenticated users but that didn't resolve the issue.Charles

I'm thinking it's at a file level, maybe your Exchange Bin directories. Can you look at your Bin folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Bin , properties and ensure that authenticated users have the default read and execute; list folder contents, read. Ripu, OWA is not working either. only user with Domain Admin permissions can even log into Outlook. The machines are joined to the domain but do not have local administrator permission. they are simple users. tried created new users but same problem exist. When i put the same user into the domain Admin group, then are they able to log into OutllokCharles
