Can anybody tell me how to get somebody from Microsoft to help me make my LiveMeeting account work? They continue to charge me each month for my subscription, but they have never sent me the information about how to start using my account (like username and password). They sent me an email congratulating me purchasing the subscription, but nothing else. I am not new to LiveMeeting. I know how to use it. But without the key, I can't start the engine.
