give account permissions to all users' task list
Hello, Our MIS division has developed an application that they would like to use to populate subscribers task lists with data. The app works fine with the test mailboxes, and we are ready for production. what I want to avoid, however, is giving the service account associated with this application full mailbox rights. is there a way I can give this service account full rights to just the task lists on all the mailboxes on the server? I would like to avoid having to do this whenever a new mailbox is created. thanks Christiaan

You can give permission on Task List of EXISTING mailboxes of a server using custom bulk operation in PFDavAdmin but it doesn't apply on the mailboxes which will be created in future... Second, you can give Receive-As permission on server/database level which will allow service account to have full mailbox access rather than just on Task List and it allows to apply the same on all mailboxes which will be created infuture. Hope you are talking about Exchange 2007 server...
