In my office there is mirroring concept , Problem Is one hard disk is fail I don't know how to retriene data&os from mirror hard disk

Is there Hardware or Software mirroring.
Hardware Mirroring should be transparant for OS
Software Mirroring then you might need to create a boot disk and change your boot.ini file to point to the correct disk
