i have home and student and I had to set my computer back to factory settings now I can not download office it says its already been installed

why  can I  not  reinstall

Is your Office preloaded with your computer? Please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features, check if Office is already installed.

If yes, try to use Fix it to remove Office completely then try to reinstall.
