hot mail issue
If i try to send email to hotmail i am reciving this error that delivery is failed.
your mail is blocked by
VA3EHSMHS031.bigfish.com.
any have solution to solve this issue

If you see the Que in exchange it is showing that 451.4.4.0 primary target ip address responded with: requested action aborted 7.2 20604

It looks that your IP is blacklisted.
To check that, go to http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and enter your exchange public IP.
If your IP appears to be blocked in any of the blacklists, click on the list and send an unblock request and your IP will be removed from the Blacklist.Elie B.

Eventually the message will time out and bounce. Some
SMTP servers are configured to reply with a warning, which Exchange properly
interprets as a directive to try again later, as an antispam device. They
may not like your reverse DNS lookup record, you may be blacklisted as suggested
by another, or something else may have triggered their response.--
