how do I export SSL public key from Exchange 2013?

I have been asked to provide the public key for our SSL certificate for Exchange 2013. I have not done this for Exchange before, but my experience has always been to select the cert and export the key. However, Exchange 2013 seems to work a different way and I do not have this option.

How do I export this so I can provide it to a third party? If I follow the instructions provided for importing/exporting SSL cert it exports everything, obviously I don't want to provide the private key but this is included in the export I get from the ECP console

Hi,

Your personal certificate store of the exchange server contains the certificate which Exchange uses. Go there in certificate snap-in and export it from there

That was where I went initially, before posting the question. it does not give the option to do that, it tells me I have a private key that corresponds with the key I can view, but it does not show the private key so I cannot export the public one, hence the question

looks like I needed to replace the certificate, I imported it again and it then gave me the option to export. thanks
