how to disable forwading emails from outlook client
ALL,
We have exchange 2010 . many of users have forwarded rule in outlook client, which causing us some problems..is their any way i can disable that feature on server so that nobody can forward their emails to personal accounts...

On the remote domains uncheck allow automatic forwards

Yes. Remove the checkbox from the "Default" Remote Domain that allows
automatic forwards.

As long as the forwarding action is initiated by a rule it will work.
It will *not* work if the user manually forwards the message.

The configuration should be that you can’t use rules to forward messages to email addresses outside your organization.
So, this configuration can prevent you forwarding their emails to personal accounts.
