#2 - always a good idea to run ScanPST on the PST files to be copied on the original system to remove any potential underlying problems that may exist
#3 - if your PST file is ANSI based - it should first be converted to a Unicode file (preferably on the original system) if the old system involves any version of Outlook from OL'2003 forward (format can be determined by clicking on the <root> of the
PST file folder list --> Properties or Data File Properties depending on OL version --> click on <Advanced> button - if the format description contains the words <97-2002> - it's an ANSI based PST file
