how to prevent bypassing security
At work on boot up people are holding down ctrl key to prevent some of our security programs from loading. Currently we are running windows xp. Any suggestions on how to prevent this?

I've only heard about the ctrl key for startup options with win 9x. Where exactly do users press the ctrl key, and what window appears? I've just tried this on my machine and nothing happened.
