Hi

I have checked vss admin writer list at Exchange Mailbox server 2013 and found that microsoft exchange writer was missed. I beliefe that due to this log files is not being purged.

Kindly could you suggest me how to re enable microsoft exchange writer.

Below have current configuration.

*Windows Server 2012

*Exchange Server 2013 CU2

I recommend you determine the state of the Exchange writer by running the following command.

VSSADMIN LIST WRITERS 

In addition,you can restart information store service and replication service to troubleshoot the issue.
