Hi , We are using exchange 2000 and we are using local pst file to store our mails . Now by mistake i have delete some folders created in this .and i dont have any backup of this...so how to recover it .....i have tried scanpst tool but i cant recover the folders..the pst size is 800 MB which is not as high ...please help me to recover my mails inside it..... Hi John, maybe I don't understand your situation but in any event you should have a backup somewhere. Can you restore from a backup? Also please explain this for me... if you are using exchange and your outlook clients are connected to exchange what is the reason for storing emails into a pst? Is there a policy at your organization that is only allowing a certain mailbox size? Any other info in how your org is setup would be helpful. Thanks Zack
