Its very simple. Just create one default virtual directory for mail.domain.local and setup URL redirection which should redirect to "Domain.local/Exchange" Anil

Hi, I assume you want to modify the internal URL. If you want to modify the external URL, you need to register a host A record at ISP side. Jamestechman’s solution is right but not enough. You also need to add a host A record on your DNS server. The detailed setups as following: 1. Simplify the Outlook Web Access URL a. Using the Internet Services Manager, open the properties for the Default Web Site. b. Click the Home Directory tab, and then select A redirection to a URL. c. In Redirect to, type /<directory name>, and then click A directory below URL entered. For example, to redirect https://mail/ requests to https://mail/exchange, in Redirect to, you would type /exchange. 2. Add a host A record named mail. Now you only need to input http://mail to access the Exchange 2003 server. TechNet
