These should do it: import-exchangecertificate <file-name> enable-exchangecertificate <thumbprint-of-NEW-cert> -services IIS,SMTP When you're happy the cert's correctly installed: remove-exchangecertificate <thumbprint-of OLD-cert> --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Did you create a new certificate request on the server? If not then that is the problem. You simply have one part of the certificate. You will need to create a new certificate request on the server, then get your certificate supplier to reissue the certificate against that request. Then when you get the response you can import it. At that point you can enable its services and remove the old one. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources | In the UK? Hire Me.

Hello, For the private key missing issue, you need to contact the third-party CA to resolve this issue. Thanks, Simon
