how to renew self signed certificate in exchange 2007
Hello I have exchange 2007 on my additional Domain Controller and i have more than 2500 mailboxes and my Exchange is not connected to internet, its an internal exchange server, my self signed cerrtificate has expired now i need to renew the self signed certificate, Below are the steps please guide me because it is heavily used exchange and i am little bit worried 1. Get-ExchangeCertificate |FL 2. Get-ExchangeCertificate –Thumbprint “OLD THUMBRPINT” | New-ExchangeCertificate or Get-ExchangeCertificate -Thumbprint "OLD THUMBPRINT" | New-ExchangeCertificate -PrivateKeyExportable:$True OF THE ABOVE TWO COMMANDS WHICH COMMAND I SHOULD FOLLOW HERE. ( I dont have any isa server) 3. Enable-ExchangeCertificate – Thumbprint “NEW THUMBPRINT” –Services IIS 4. Remove-ExchangeCertificate –Thumbprint “OLD THUMBPRINT” The above steps are enough or anything i am suppose to do
