Hi,
what about enabling the useraccount and then login to the equipment mailbox and configure that using OWA.

Hi exadmin818,
Any updates?
Seems like you have to set the time zone using OWA if you are running Exchange 2007.
By the way, you can use cmdlet Set-MailboxRegionalConfiguration
to change the setting for individual mailbox in Exchange 2010.
