about 3 days ago I have been unable to open bing videos in full screen. it trys to but cannot  it also starts my video back at begining

I'm having the exact same problem that u r having. I've called Bing (no tech support), Microsoft and HP (my computer provider) and none of them can help. If u use any other search engine like Google or a direct feed like You Tube, Full Screen works. Bing (ONLY) does not work as of a few days ago. Help, because I love the way Bing's set up, especially for videos. Note: I use Windows 8.1 for my operating system.
