I'd like to create a mail rule for an account when specific words matched. I hope it can be forwarded to many of our clients. I know how to set the rule, but the point is I hope our clients' mail address won't be shown on mail header, which mean that I hope there is a BCC field shown when rule is setting. is there any function for that? Can I enable that kind of function on outlook 2003 to define rule in exchange 2003 environment? thanks a lot!!
