Hi, The error code decodes to "IXP_E_IMAP_UNSOLICITED_BYE" . http://support.microsoft.com/kb/942495 I am not sure why this would happen. As you said you can connect but can't send/receive any message. For Send, Have you enabled "My outgoing server requires authentication" under outlook settings? If you think this can be the issue, you can try creating a new receive connector on Exchange 2007 to work on port 26 and configure your client to use 26 as the smtp port. You can enable anonymous on the new connector to check. For receive, this is strange, are you getting any certificate warning? Also, you can have a look at following post. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/da569d41-3136-42aa-aa2a-8a2d55e365c9 -V

I try it by mozilla thunderbird i recieve this message: Sending of message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to SMTP server www.majleskhobregan.com timed out. Try again or contact your network administrator. i don't know that my config in e2k7 has problem or My ISA 2006 server configuration!!

This is SMTP timeout error, are you able to receive messages? In case you have ISA in between, we will first have to look if ISA is blocking or filtering the connection. For this, you can use the monitoring/live logging feature of ISA to see if there is any drop of SMTP connection. http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Understanding-Monitoring-ISA-2004-Part-2.html http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb838824.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb794817.aspx Also, can you please check the same thing from your internal network, this will also clear out ISA part. -V
