Where are you getting the mailbox properties? Are you sure that the folders don't have any restricted views hiding messages? What do you see if you run Folder Size in Outlook for all folders?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Open the mailbox with Outlook. Select a folder. Click View. Also look at the Folder Size option in Outlook (how you get there depends on the version of Outlook). Also, one more thing to think about. Is Outlook running in cached mode, and if so, is it up to date? Try switching off cached mode and see if the items appear. That would indicate that cached mode isn't working right. Hi, There mailbox may be corrupted. The following may be an alternate: 1. Export the user's mailbox to PST (Export-Mailbox -Identity <MailboxIdParameter> -PSTFolderPath <Path_Of_PST_Folder>\<File_Name>.pst) 2. Delete and purg the mailbox in ESM 3. Create a new mailbox and then restore the PST It should work anyway Regards from www.windowsadmin.info

Hi, >you said all are empty except sent items Is that mean you have checked Deleted Items, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and so on ? The number of items show in Exchange should be include all the items in your mailbox. not just mail you also can use Get-MailboxFolderStatistics -Identity user to check the number of item in different folder, this can help you to analyze the problem Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
