When I plug in a new ipod shuffle into my windows xp presario laptop I get the message one of the usb device attached to this computer has malfunctioned. Last night I installed service pack 3 and a number of updates. Allowed the laptop to run out of power and even took out the battery. But I haven't had any luck.Tried connecting my PSP to the computer via a USB cord but the same message occured.If somone has some suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
