Where is the log maintained? Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix?I read in 2000 and 2003 this error happened and it was because of 5 or more db mounted. I only have 4, so to make sure I dismounted 2 and still got the error.Next I saw in 2000 and 2003 this error occured and nothing worked until they did an eseutil.exe on the one db. It is my understanding the Information Store cannot be running and for the defrag the transport stopped. I cannot stop the transport for more than 5 minutes during the day, so I am not able to test it for the isinteg error. We did have a db on this storage group before and deleted it because of corruption we added it back a couple days later. Where does the deleted db go? I did not see it in the recycle end. Thanks

Hi,
1. Please disable the File Level anti-virus software and attempt to run the command again.
2. If the database is on Exchange 2007, please run following command firstly before running alltest.
ISINTEG -S <Server Name> -Fix -Test ROWCOUNTS

Hi,
You need to disable all file-level antivirus software scan the database files. For your information:

Please check whether the command (isinteg -s Pinnergyltd -fix test) also fails when checking other database files. If the issue does not encountered on other database files, the issue may occur as the specific database corrupted.
