I am a bit perplexed on how to do office 365 and lync. the old methods of installing office were easy compared to this silly new method.

question 1)  I have this download tool Microsoft says to you.  I run setup /download configureation.xml and I now have the cab files downloaded (I hope I have all of them).  But now what?   I run setup /configure configuration.xml and it does not do anything, it only tells me to check the disk space on my pc.

how do I install office 365 for the masses?  

question 2)  can you download just lync 365 and if so how?  I do not see any installer for this.
