I was running Windows vista when this email solicitation for Windows 8 came. I got tempted and installed Windows 8 for which I have no support, no documentation and even Microsoft people do not know how to solve simple problems. I am sorry that I took on this test. Can anyone please explain to me how can I get out of this Windows 8 problem! Right now I do not get anything on the desktop when I start the machine. If you cnnot improve the situation, can you get me back to Windows vista or windows XP or windows 7? Windows 8 may turn out to be very popular but as it is, the system cannot be sold to anyone.
