i was told by my boss today to start logging all users email, so i went in an started archiving the emails on the store, now i realize that will get full really fast... is there any way i can scale this to dump, delete, move (are something)after so many emails are so many are file size are daily... are is there better software that i can use for this...

If you want to KEEP the e-mail for compliance, EMC e-mail extender/examiner is an okay choice. Costs $$$$... You sure your boss didn't mean just tracking of the e-mail?
