You'd have to post the event. The eventid isn't enough information to
answer the question.
You can use the "copy to clipboard" icon on the event to copy the
information in plain-text that you can paste into your reply.
If you've migrated from an earlier release of Exchange this may help
(but it's just a guess that it's related at all to your problem):

one exchange 2010 server (Role: HUB+CAS+MBX) got lots of error id:1020.
Exchange server SP1+ update rollup:6
Lauch public folder administration tools from toolbox in this server, tried to connect to this public folder database server, got error message "because public folder database public folder database02 is not mounted, please mount it and try".
No public folder for end user, just system public folder.
My question is: how to find this public folder database and mount it in Exchange 2010.
Thanks.

Do you mean you don't know where "public folder database02" is? You
don't see it in the "Organization Configuration | Mailbox" node in the
EMC?
If not, Get-PublicFolderDatabase would be a good place to start.

Hi, there:
Yes I found the public folder database from EMC and it shows as dismounted.
My question now is: Is this related with the error ID: 1020?
