Hi,

I currently have problem with my Lync 2013 - or Skype for Business, as it's called now. It was working fine until recently, when I started getting error:

"The procedure entry point ?IID@RateMyCallModel@LyncModel@@2U_GUID@@B cound not be located in the dynamic link library lync.exe."

After that, whole program crashes. Do you have a idea how to fix it?  Thanks

Do you remember any change that has done to your computer before the issue occurred?

After some research, I think the error may be more about the system rather than Lync itself. I suggest you repair Lync(Office) from Control Panel -> Programs and Features first, then check if the problem persists.

If the problem still exists after the repair, then I suggest you run the System File Checker to scan the integrity of all protected Windows system files and replace incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:

Run cmd.exe with administrator permission, type "sfc /scannow".
