mail defer happen on particular user

Anyone experience mail defer only happen on particular user. No matter send from internal or external some of mail to the particular user will defer. From message tracking log found below message on recipient Status

Hi,are all your databases and logs in healthy state?

Do you get any error when run this command:

Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus * | where {$_.ContentIndexState -eq "failed"}

database copy is good, as only happen on  particular user same database other user without this issue. We also try move this server to other DB. However the symptoms is same. Which no talking about all mail, one day around 10 mail get this issue and delay 15-30mins. We are consider to recreate the mailbox, but for some reason we can't do this right now. Therefore see anyone have idea on this.

Hi,

Please confirm whether there is any transport rule or Inbox rule related to this user. And check if there is any third-party mail scanning program intalled.

Since the issue happens to one particular user, please create a new mailbox for this user as a workaround.

Try moving the user on another Database first, sometime it solve corrupted items or mapi properties. If it don't work, export his mailbox to PST, create a new mailbox and import back your PST.
