mail enable public folder delay
Hi,
I create a public folder and mail enable it. I can send email to it internally but there is a huge delay before i can send external mail to it.
Is there something i need to do?

It is exchange 2007, i have 1 edge server, 1 hub/cas server and 1 mailbox server.
The NDR says

Does the NDR say why delivery failed, or give you a delivery failure code?

I have tried
Start-EdgeSynchronization (run as admin)

Test-EdgeSynchronization -VerifyRecipient
both are successful

Configuration data is synchronized to ADAM once every hour, and recipient data is synchronized to ADAM once every four hours. You cannot modify the synchronization intervals. Howerver, you can use the Start-EdgeSynchronization cmdlet to force synchronization to start immediately. You can also write a script to schedule to run Start-EdgeSynchronization at your desired time intervals.
