mail forward to public folder
We are currently forwarding about 20 of our users email to a public folder. No problem there, it works like a charm. The problem I am having is that if the sender included 1 or more of our users as a CC, I will get multiple copies of the same email in the public folder. This is driving my supervisor crazy. Is there a way to only generate only 1 forward even though it is going to multiple users via a CC. Many Regards Frank

What’s the meaning of “sender included 1 or more of our users as a CC”?
If one user forward a new email to all of the users as CC, you will get only one email in public folder.
