Not sure issue from our end or recipient end(i.e.Optus)So far 3 days has over almost +-1100 emails are supposed to go .04:25:43.357 Starting thread id 4604 for message B4b2f19920000.000000000001.0001.mml04:25:43.357 Attempting delivery of B4b2f19920000.000000000001.0001.mml via route optusnet.com.au (MX) - *04:25:43.373 Delivering via MX(optusnet.com.au) A(extmail.optusnet.com.au) IP(211.29.133.14):2504:26:04.373 EstablishConnection: Failed to connect to 211.29.133.14 - err 10060 - WSAETIMEDOUT04:26:04.373 Thread exiting for B4b2f19920000.000000000001.0001.mml after 21016 millisecs04:26:04.373 Route optusnet.com.au (MX) - * temporarily unreachable will retry for leanne.i@optusnet.com.auPlease share on this. Thanks,Bala. Why does the subject say "Exchange Queue" when the software thatcreates the log isn't Exchange? The "Mail Marshall" software is timing out while trying to connect to211.29.133.14.I can connect to the SMTP server at that address without any problems.I'd suggest you check your connections and try a tracert to that IPaddress to see where if you can tell where the problem lies.---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP--- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Well, since you can't get a response back from anything after yourprivate network, you should be looking at your routing.ugh. The "ugh" is just thelast three characters of the first sentence of the second paragraph. Here's what I see in my original answer:"It's still not an Exchange problem, though. Changing the subjectroup or forum."---Rich MatheisenMCSE+I, Exchange MVP--- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
