Mailbox2 my second mailbox

It works fine to send Emails, but when I send an Email from Mailbox2,

It goes to sendmails in mailbox123

It is supposed to go in sendmail in mailbox2

How do I fix this?

do you accessing mailbox2 from mailbox123 outlook profile by adding additional mailbox and sending emails ?

Did Mailbox123 and Mailbox2 belong to same organization?

Was Mailbox123 and Mailbox2 configured in outlook on the same client?

If that, we could rebuild the profile and restart the service of Microsoft Exchange Information Store on Exchange to check if the issue persist.

Which mailbox was granted send as permission?

Did the issue occur by OWA?
