our company e-mails are hosted.we have installed a new exchange server 2007 in our office locally, i want drop my company emails in to local exchange owa. After installation of pop3 service ,instead of local domain my emails are looping back in webmail.please help

By this do you mean that you have users who have a mailbox in 2 different Exchange organizations with an email address of user@company.com? And that when sending a mail message in org A to another user it stays in org A and is delivered to that mailbox and when sending in org B to a user that mail message stays in org B and is delivered? If so that would be expected behavior. Exchange assumes that users who exist in its system are mail recipients for whom it is authoritative. What is it you are trying to achieve by having installed an Exchange server locally and downloading messages from the Exchange org into another server hosted locally?
