message sending failed

Hi ,

We are using exchange 2013, we are facing a strange issue.

One of my user is using his mailbox on two differant system in same network . Now , when he is sending email to his own account or any local exchange user he is getting error mentioned below.

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      Johnson, Graham on 18/06/2015 15:50

I have removed the outlook profile fully , and recreate it , download the OAB manually in his system..remove old oab ..but still facing the issue...

the same thing is working fine on another system in network..so what could be the issue..

please help..

Hi

this was a bug in earlier versions of exchange 2013, can you update to CU5 or later and advise if you still having the same problem?

Hi tech,

Thank you for your question.

Did the issue occur on the Window system or other systems?  You could tell me which system has this issue.

Then we could refer to Eds suggestion to update Exchange to new CU to check if the issue persist.

If the issue didnt occur on Window system, we could contact the supplier.

We are using outlook 2013 on Windows 7 sp1 and Exchange Server 2013 Standard edition Version 15.0 < Build 847.32> , this is installed on windows server 2012 Standard.

Which CU Version do i need to update on my exchange server..

please provide me the link to download CU..

Hi ,

I have update the CU9 as per the instruction but still I am facing the same issue..

Still the mails are bouncing back if i am sending it internally..please please help..
