message shows up in sent items but hasnt been sent
i am dealing w/ a situation on my exchange 2007 server where a lot of users who login w/ their credentials at our scanners scan and email a message .. the message appears in their sent items but isn't delivered. if i open the message it shows at the top
'this message has not been sent' if i login w/ my account there are no problems. cant quite put my finger on this one. any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do your scanners connect to Exchange and send messages.
