hi there, i have just set up my Gmail account on my iPhone thanks to Microsoft Exchange, so right now i can get all my emails by push system. In my life i have to deal with Japanese friends so i usually send a lot of emails in their native language but unfortunately i am not able to read their emails since i set up my Gmail account with Microsoft Exchange and i don't know what i can do. I tried to post the issue to the Apple community but they told me it is an encoding matter and there is nothing to do with it, which sounds pretty weird to me because i can't imagine Japanese people cannot use your great service. thanks for the reply. since i'm not that expert, how can i do it? i just have my iPhone set on IMAP system right now because of i wasn't able to see those emails..what can i do exactly please?
