I bought my HP stream with windows 8.1 and I am supposed to get a years free Microsoft office so in the packaging there is a 25 digit product key which has not yet been activated.

Everytime I try to go in to the office app on my laptop to activate my product key it tells me 'sorry, this isn't a Microsoft office 2013 product key you may be entering another product key from another version' however this is the product key that came with the laptop.

I have tried everything to fix this problem and have run out of solutions, someone please help me.
