The easiest way would be to build the new hardware and install the Exchange components you want to migrate from the old server. Once the new Exchange server is functional you can move the mailboxes from the old server. There can be complications though. Is this a stand alone Exchange server or is it a member of a DAG or CAS Array?TBrennan
