migrated to Office 365 and some of user's emails going to junk folder
Why I was told by microsoft to install Outlook 2013 Hotfix for users in O365 emails going to junk folder

Hi

So mail is going to junk and MS advised you to install a hotfix to fix this?

Is the hotfix not working or you would like to know why you need to install it?

Messages can be marked as spam by the Outlook Junk E-Mail filter independently from the server side/SCL. Either add the sender to safe senders or adjust the Junk filter settings: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/how-to-disable-outlooks-junk-email-filter/
