I have an exchange 2003 server installed in a 2003 DC in very old hardware, I have to migrate the email server (exch 2003) to a Virtual Machine, could anyone provide me with links with documentation and tips on how to do this? P2V is not an option. Thanks in advance Simon

1. I'd do what Gulab has mentioned unless you have a business/technical requirement which can't be met with exch 2010. 2. If you decide to go with your choice, then there are some restrictions with exch 2003 and virtualisaition and compared with exch 2007/2010.
