missing mails in out look web app

few of my mails in outlook web app, appears to be missing .but these emails are found in outlook2013.

Is outlook in cached or online mode?

Can you search OWA for that mail and do you find it?

Outlook is in cached mode.But how does it matter as i am missing mails in OWA .No the intended mail is missing in OWA , but it is present in outlook.

we just missed a couple of messages in OWA which are present in outlook,for a brief time.Again we have received mails every thing seems normal.
